I got a new SIPR Token, how do I get back into IPM?

The IPM application uses the serial number from the client certificate from your SIPR token, to associate to your IPM user account to your token.  If you have received a new SIPR token, the new serial number on your certificate will need to be updated in IPM.

To update your SIPR token information within IPM, do the following:

1. Attempt to log in to IPM, IPM automatically gets the certificate and new serial number.

2. Contact an ACES Administrator, or update the help desk ticket, indicating that IPM has your new serial number off of your token.

3. The Administrator will disable your old certificate and attach your IPM account to the new certificate. The Administrator will contact you, to let you know that you can log in.
